Remote Learning Coronavirus

Most remote learning will take place on Microsoft Teams. To help your child know how to access their lessons using Teams, please read the attached document entitled ‘Student Tutorial for Microsoft Teams’, which will explain the steps students need to take to set up Microsoft Teams on their device and join remote lessons.

We would also ask that all students and parents read the document entitled ‘Remote Learning Expectations for Students’. This takes students through the expectations for remote learning and explains what to do in more detail. If you are able to go through this document with your child before they experience remote lessons, this will make their experience of remote learning run more smoothly and successfully.

We hope this provides you with the information you need for your child to benefit from remote learning this year, but if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Parents and students can also email technicalassistance@sjl.herts.sch.uk, if you encounter any technical problems with Microsoft Teams.
