Year 11 and 13 transition workshops for students currently without a destination
In partnership with Hertfordshire LEP and Hertfordshire Careers Hub, Amazing Apprenticeships will be hosting a series of free webinars to support Hertfordshire school and college leavers in finding employment after leaving education.
The students and their parents are invited to hear from Hertfordshire businesses, training providers and apprenticeship experts, who will be providing advice and guidance on apprenticeships & traineeships, vacancies that are currently available and what employers are looking for in successful applicants.

Virtual employer encounters and work experience
Springpod is a careers platform through which students can experience the world of work and university before they apply.
They have teamed up with some top UK employers such as Airbus, Nestle and The NHS to provide virtual work experience opportunities this summer.
The programmes are free of charge and work experiences are available in a variety of employment sectors, including: Engineering, Finance & Accountancy, Teaching, Journalism, Law, Psychology, Veterinary, Politics, Graphic Design, etc.
BAM Contrust UK are hosting a construction-based virtual work experience opportunity to take place during the summer holidays 2021.
The programme takes place during the week, 26 – 30 July and is delivered by BAM Construct UK in partnership with Speakers For Schools.
Student registration deadline is 1 July 2021.
