Life Skills Sheltered Bench Project

Our gratitude to Carl Cheevers, Town Clerk Harpenden Town Council for his support and listening to our Y11 Life Skills quartet on their proposal to improve their community with their sheltered bench idea.

Mr Cheevers said "It is cool you (students) want to improve the local area... at the heart of what we do is managing open spaces, so this directly fits into our work"

Well done to the students, with Mr Fernandez support, delivered a passionate pitch, followed by an engaging and interactive question and answer session.
